From where you come to where you grow.

Holistic concepts for migration and integration.

What we do.

We develop, implement and network effective concepts for migration and integration – with a clear focus on effectiveness and efficiency. We analyse existing framework conditions, take on project planning and development, and support implementation. Our services also include the technical implementation of processes relating to skilled employee immigration, migration and integration.

In doing so, we advise all relevant stakeholders from politics, business and society – reliably, competently and in a solution-oriented manner.

What we want to achieve.

We build bridges between heritage and future: or companies that want to grow, for skilled workers seeking opportunities, and for a society that sticks together.

  • International market positioning as a placement and qualification hub
  • Partnerships with governments and institutions
  • Long-term talent retention

  • Efficient and fair matching processes
  • Qualification programmes & language support
  • Legal certainty & visa service
  • Monitoring & performance review

  • Preventing brain drain
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Social responsibility & integration assistance

How we achieve this.

Through our projects, we want to help shape a working environment and society in which cultural diversity is recognised as a strength, skilled workers worldwide are given fair opportunities, and integration is achieved on an equal footing – humanly, economically and socially.

To ensure this is successful, we offer not only the technical platform but also career support through training, mentoring and cultural integration.

Furthermore, we accompany and support through all official processes, from the application for admission to entry into the country. Everything is completely transparent, of course, in close coordination with German and foreign authorities – and 100% legal, naturally.

What we believe in.

International competition for skilled workers is a reality. We see this as a joint task for business, politics and society. However, only with jointly defined values can all parties involved truly benefit.

three circles

Diversity and inclusion

We create an environment in which cultural differences are valued and used as a source of innovation. Different backgrounds are not an obstacle, but an enrichment.

three circles

Equality and equal opportunities

Regardless of origin, language or religion, we promote fair access to work, qualifications and social participation.

three circles

Openness and respect

We treat everyone with respect and foster an open corporate culture based on mutual understanding and trust.

three circles

Social responsibility

We take responsibility for social development. For us, integration is not a side issue, but an active contribution to social cohesion.

three circles

Sustainability in thinking and acting

Our solutions are designed for the long term – from language and professional training to successful social integration.

three circles

Innovation and motivation to learn

We see intercultural diversity as a driver of innovation. We are constantly learning – with and from the people we work with.

three circles

Transparency and trust

We communicate openly and act reliably. Trust is the basis for successful integration – both for companies and for migrants.

Who we are.

Germany is desperately seeking qualified specialists and potential talents, particularly in nursing, crafting, IT, construction and other areas. A platform that specifically identifies and validates potential in third countries and supports them in the immigration process will help to cover this need – especially if it is developed by people who have first-hand knowledge of the processes, regions of origin and obstacles involved.

Our team brings an exceptional combination of skills to the table, with complementary experience in the military, humanitarian (integration) work, migration policy and networking.

How to reach us.

Job placement for migrants from non-European countries is a socially sensitive issue that unfortunately also repeatedly becomes the target of xenophobic hostility and digital attacks.

In order to protect the individuals involved, our partners and our technical infrastructure as effectively as possible, contact is made exclusively via a secure contact form. This allows us to filter requests, prevent misuse and ensure that enquiries are handled seriously and respectfully. The protection of the people we work with is our top priority.
